Continuum Terminal

Privacy

A plain-language draft describing this website and pre-release service data practices.

Draft · last updated August 11, 2026

Scope

This notice covers the Continuum marketing website and pre-release account service. It must be reviewed for the final operator, jurisdiction, domain, processors and launch functionality before production publication.

Website data

This website includes no analytics, advertising pixels, fingerprinting scripts or third-party chat widgets. A production host may process ordinary request data such as IP address, user agent, route, timestamp and security events in short-lived access logs.

Account data

The native client may send the cloud service your email, a password verifier, device names/types, public device key packages, opaque encrypted records, pairing state and operational metadata. Private identity keys, plaintext terminal content and plaintext content keys are not intended to be sent to the cloud.

Purpose and retention

Data is used to authenticate accounts, pair and revoke devices, route encrypted sessions, prevent abuse, diagnose reliability and answer support requests. Exact production retention periods, legal bases and deletion workflow remain launch decisions.

Third parties and transfers

No analytics or billing processor is connected. Hosting, email, payment and support vendors have not been selected. This notice must name them and describe international transfers before those integrations are enabled.

Your choices

You may request access, correction or deletion by contacting support@geekbug.dev. Applicable rights vary by location. Do not send passwords, private keys or terminal content by email.

Security

See the security posture. No system is perfectly secure; Continuum is pre-release and not independently audited.
