Draft status

These terms are a product draft, not launch-ready legal advice. The legal entity, governing law, eligibility, service levels and commercial terms must be completed before accepting paid customers.

Preview service

Continuum is unfinished preview software. Features may change, fail, lose data or be withdrawn. Do not use it for safety-critical, regulated or production operations. Maintain independent backups and an alternate access path to every host.

Accounts and security

You are responsible for account credentials, trusted devices, recovery materials and activity under your account. Do not bypass access controls, interfere with the service, upload unlawful material or use it to access systems without authorization.

Cryptographic model

The design aims to keep private identity keys and terminal plaintext at trusted endpoints, but current end-to-end flows are incomplete and unaudited. You must review the current security posture before evaluation.

Pricing and billing

Prices displayed are non-binding drafts in USD. No checkout or paid subscription is currently offered. Taxes, refunds, renewals, plan limits and payment processor terms remain undecided.

Software and content

Repository components are governed by their included licenses. Continuum names, visual identity and website content may not be used to imply endorsement. Final intellectual-property and feedback clauses require counsel review.

Disclaimers and liability

The preview is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law, without service-level commitments. Final warranty disclaimers, liability limits, indemnities and consumer-law provisions must be supplied for the launch jurisdiction.
