Account and product help

Email support@geekbug.dev. Include app version, platform and a sanitized error message. Never send a password, refresh token, private key, pairing secret or terminal transcript.

Build from source

Public signed download URLs are not configured. Follow the repository README for prerequisites and runner status. Verify source and release artifacts through your trusted distribution channel; do not install binaries from unsolicited links.

Security reports

Send suspected vulnerabilities to security@geekbug.dev rather than the general support address.

Service status

No public status page or production SLA is configured. The pre-release service should not be your only path to a host.

Contact integration hook

The site intentionally uses email links only. A future support form should be same-origin, include abuse protection and retention disclosure, avoid third-party trackers, and never request secrets.
